I would like to put on record my appreciation to you for the care you gave to my mother in helping her with her everyday well being. I know you found the whole experience with her a challenge and ultimately felt that you are unable to meet her needs on your own. During your time with her I saw you as a person who was totally committed to giving care in a very compassionate manner and because of you, her life in her own home was made possible. I know you were restricted in what you were able to achieve in the time limits given, but you did your very best and this was appreciated by the whole family. You demonstrated all the qualities needed to make a wonderful carer and I know my mother became very fond of you. She now has a number of carers seeing to her needs, but it isn’t the same as the one to one relationship you were able to form with her. I would have no hesitation in recommending you and your company to any future clients.
